I was very disappointed with my experience. The cat room, which costs ₹250 per person, was poorly maintained and had a strong unpleasant smell. There was cat litter scattered around, making the space feel unhygienic rather than enjoyable. Unfortunately, the cats were mostly inactive and didn't interact with visitors, so the experience didn't justify the additional entry fee. The food was also underwhelming—the chicken was chewy and lacked quality. Overall, I don't feel this place offers good value for money. Even if you're a cat lover, don't expect much interaction with the cats. I wouldn't recommend this cafe unless significant improvements are made to its cleanliness, maintenance, and overall experience.

Great cute atmosphere with good food with variety of veg and non veg dishes. The cafe is overall nice but the only part i feel unfair was paying 250 rps per person just to go and touch cats inside. It seem they are trying to monopolizing every exprience you can get. 250 seems alot for a person they should consider lowering the price. Will visit again if they do that. Unhygienic and Poor Service Went to kitcat cafe with a friend and had a terrible experience. The garlic bread was completely bland and tasteless, but the real issue was finding hair in the food—not just in one plate, but two! First in the garlic bread, then again in the fries. That’s absolutely disgusting and shows a serious lack of hygiene in the kitchen. We left the place feeling disgusted. Hair in food and such careless behavior from the staff is unacceptable in any food establishment .Cleanliness and courtesy should be the bare minimum Edit: This is to the reply to the owner. Instead of accepting responsibility the owner is blaming us/the cats for the hair when We weren’t even allowed near the cats before paying for food, and there was a 30-minute queue just to get in.
