Today we’ve been there for a family gathering the welcoming start well, with great service including a turkish gentleman doing a great job, however the food was okay and we requested the leftovers to be packed to take home and once arrived at home we realised the food hasn’t been put in the bag. Another point is that we have been charged extra for some items we didn’t have. daylight robbery not recommended at all .

We visited Dawa 2 as a group of three friends. The first impression was positive.. they have a good parking area, and it was free when we went. We quickly found a table, and the service from the waiters at the start was good. One even helped by taking my jacket when I sat down, which I appreciated. The appetizers were nice, but the main food was average.. definitely room for improvement. The real disappointment came when it was time to pay. We offered a $100 bill (older version), and the staff refused to accept it, saying they only take the new version. We changed it to another old version $100 (from 2006), and they still refused. When we asked for the manager, he came over with a very unprofessional and disrespectful attitude.. no greeting, no politeness, just, “What’s your problem?” Eventually, he agreed to take the $100 but only at a lower rate, 5,000 IQD less than the market, because it was from 2006. Me and a friend wanted to have a quick lunch there I didn’t mind since whenever I go to the park I also have lunch there previously their service was great but this time it was weird and unprofessional. We take a seat no one greets us, we have to ask for the waiter to come to give us the menu and then after 15-20 minutes again no one comes we have to call a waiter to take our order, and when we order we are talking in Kurdish the waiter which I have heard talk in Kurdish to other customers he was responding in English to us and pretended like he didn’t know Kurdish which is really unprofessional and I didn’t expect it from this place, then again we had issues with our food no one checks on us we have to call random waiters every time because no one followed up with us, mind you it’s not even busy it was pretty empty. The food was regular nothing special I definitely never came here for the food but this is my last time. I will not come back

The staff do not serve you well they are in a bad mood and do not care about the customer they also do not have any staff who speak Kurdish even though they are in Erbil a Kurdish city the service is very poor the food was average okay not bad and the place is beautiful but the service is zero they do not offer any complimentary appetizers or anything to eat while waiting for your meal I repeat their service is very bad And when we gave them 100 dollars it was an old version they did not accept it they said we only take new dollars or dinars so they made me pay 90,000 dinars in cash

The place is aquatic and majestic..the service is well mannered and they guide properly from starter till end of food .. location wise its peace and calm . Food wise it's a budgeted place with 25000 iqd 21 usd per person with turkish style of food .. starter is awesome.. in main course kozzi and muskhqal (mix kababs) are nice but quantity wise it's less.. dessert is also good .. Over all nice place to catch up good food but as not at high end as taste wise in main course dishes..
