I came across O’Sullivans Bar & Restaurant along the way and pulled in, hoping it would deliver. It absolutely did. I went with a toasted feathered beef sandwich, and it was exactly what I needed. Tender beef, rich and savory, layered with a creamy sauce that tied it all together. The bread had that perfect toast on it, just enough crunch to hold everything without getting in the way.
