Great service, great food, and great atmosphere created by this historical place. Indoor design is amazing, real Irish pub vibe. I learn that usually you need to go one floor up to kind of restaurant/ food part at those pubs, and beers and music 🎵 are usually at the ground floor. Of course at such places all toilets are downstairs, no wheels could potentially reach there, narrow, no super clean, and not kids friendly, so as the pubs in overall across Dublin. That is a minus, as during a day you still would eat with your family at such historical place, but WC are difficult then . Anyway the I

I liked it very much. The ambiente is wonderful. The menu is not easy to understand, especially if youre not used to the native word or phrases. (use google lens to get an idea of what you prefere to eat) Being first time in Dublin, you need to be here or else, once during your visit. We planned to come again.

People like Gustavo really elevate the whole experience, he’s professional, warm, and just overall a pleasure to deal with. Highly recommend looking for him if you want great service and a lovely vibe. The food itself was really good, but the portion was massive, way more than I expected. I couldn’t finish it, and honestly, I felt a bit bad about leaving so much behind. I also really appreciate the dedication they put into their handwritten menu. Ps: soda bread was the best

The food is amazing! You get a great portion, not too little but not too much We had the fish and chips, and feathered beef brisket and the beef was one of the best dishes I’ve ever had. It just melts in your mouth! Traditional Irish music playing in the background, there’s a window in the restaurant upstairs where you can enjoy people watching and the staff are so friendly. A lovely gem and a must visit! Interesting history too. Recommend!!!!
