I visited Nero Café in Galway on Saturday evening around 7, and even though the place was very busy, the service was outstanding. There was only one staff member working at the time, and I was genuinely impressed by how well he managed everything. He handled a constant queue of customers with ease, professionalism, and such a positive attitude. What really stood out was his ability to make small conversations with customers while keeping things moving smoothly, and he even remembered people’s regular orders, which shows how much he cares about the guests who come often.
