I had a lovely time with my friend here. We ordered a pizza “Lá Reina”, which, in my opinion, is the best one on the menu. Despite the small staff and high demand, I was still served a piping hot pizza. Thank you to the team for a great experience

Service is relaxed. Restaurant can be cold if not busy. Pizzas usually good. But got Gluten free base. Hands down worst pizza ever. It looked aneamic and could have use the base as a frisbee. No flavor, maybe not enough salt. Very disappointed. Other pizza was delicious.

I got their calamari fries and dough balls to go last week. This picture shows exactly what I got. The quantity was very less, and the quality was below average. The only thing I liked about Milano was than there. Interior ambience of the restaurant was really good, though the place was dead and not busy. The staff was okay. It is quite pricey for this less quantity and below average food. I might go and try their pizzas, not sure considering their ambience.

I usually love Milano but won't be returning to Milano Galway any time soon. Tried to go there last Sunday but their online booking system wouldn't let us book for more than 4 people. Tried to call as advised but no one answering phones. Called in to book in person but met one of the rudest men on the desk. Went to Fat Freddy's instead where the staff were lovely and the food fabulous! Will definitely be returning there.
