Absolutely terrible experience, our coffee was served in dirty cups it was absolutely disgusting experience 🤢 never had something like that before. I asked them to change in to take away cups and it took ages to get fresh coffee. Food was very average like very average, for the price you can find much better cafes nearby. Staff really doesn't care about clients and service, really sad.

The staff and owner were incredibly warm and welcoming. We’re visiting from New York and stopped in for breakfast, and had such a great experience. At one point, my 6-year-old son accidentally spilled his entire hot chocolate all over himself, the table, and the floor. The owner immediately came over, handled it with such kindness and calm, and even brought him a fresh one without hesitation. That small gesture meant a lot and really stood out. I’ve been to this restaurant several times and every experience has been amazing. The food is always delicious, the atmosphere is great, and the service truly stands out. I especially want to mention Dayane, who has consistently provided exceptional customer service every time we visited. Even on occasions when she wasn’t directly serving our table, she still came by to check if everything was okay and if we needed anything.
