Absolutely love this bakery. It’s a real gem. I really enjoyed watching the bakers making the croissants you can tell there’s great care put into everything. The sourdough and baguettes are class, and the cinnamon pastry is my absolute favourite. Only thing I’d love is a small seating area to sit down and enjoy the space properly. I was recommended to come here by a friend and now it's my turn to recommend Una! This small bakery in Ranelagh is minimalist in design but goes all in on the flavour and the variety. All the pastries look like pieces of art and are displayed strikingly on the counter. Behind it await artisanal breads that look equally stunning. I think they're undoubtedly the best fresh pastries in all of Dublin. The service is unbeatable; everyone is smiling and clearly enjoys their work, even on a Sunday morning. The coffees are also very good, and the prices are quite reasonable for the area. I'll definitely be back. They just need a small coffee bar by the window and a couple of small tables where they keep the sacks of flour.
