A staple of my youth, and still a solid chipper. The tenders here have such a nice flavor. They were a bit overcooked/ dry but the sauces made that less of an issue. Excellent quality chips, very nice battered sausage.

Absolutely terrible experience. Our food arrived over an hour late, with no proper explanation or apology. To make matters worse, when I called to ask about the delay, the person on the phone was extremely rude, dismissive, and completely unwilling to help. Instead of trying to resolve the issue, he hung up on me while I was speaking. Delays can happen, but there is no excuse for treating customers with such disrespect. The combination of the excessive wait time and the shocking customer service made this one of the worst takeaway experiences I’ve had. I will not be ordering from here again

Placed an order on their website. Few mins later get a text saying that the orders been cancelled. Placed an order elsewhere with Deliveroo. Then the Silvios order that was "cancelled" gets delivered to me. So the Deliveroo order was a waste of money and uneaten. Very annoying. **UPDATE** sent email as requested by Silvios with details. No acknowledgement. No response. No offer of refund for the deliveroo I purchased needlessly due to their error. Don't take issues seriously just like to give the public impression they do.

Worst chipper ive ever dealt with. Food ordered nearly 2 hours ago and when trying to call they did not answer. Contacted JustEat and they were little help also. We went to go down and only then did the food arrive and guess what... it was freezing cold and not edible at all. We had to put it in the microwave. Needless to say dont order from here! AVOID AT ALL COSTS AND DONT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY
