I recently stopped by for a meal at The Reg, and it proved exactly why the best way to handle fish and chips is to keep it simple and high-quality. The fish and chips arrived as an absolute masterclass. The fish itself was superb, featuring an incredibly crispy batter cooked to absolute perfection without a hint of greasiness. It paired beautifully with the chips, which were exactly what you want them to be light, golden, wonderfully crispy on the outside, and fluffy on the inside. The overall presentation was
