Incredible coffee roasted in house. The food is very good too. We travel with a flair coffee kit and a coffee grinder and I have to say that the coffee beans we bought from Sybaris (HONDURAS Buena Onda) are roasted to perfection and fresh. Highly recommended and I only wish I had a way to get the beans in the US.
