My wife and I were eating at Pina Bagan and didn't like the chairs, so I wandered through the restaurant in search of seat cushions. I found two and started walking back to our seats. Two waitresses accosted me, told me in no uncertain terms to return the cushions, and told me that I was no longer in Pina Bagan, but with no separating door and basically the same menu, how was I to know? I asked to speak to the manager, who was as nasty as can be, and refused to let me take the cushions. This was unprofessional and mean, as the two internally adjoining restaurants, with very similar menus, are partially owned by the same person. The next day I talked to the wife of the owner of Pina Bagan, which is a wonderful restaurant, and she told me that the behavior of the manager at Hanale was inexcusable and that she and her husband would inform the owners. In short: stay away.

On the day this is a good breakfast restaurant and on night a great pub. This place serves great breakfast with a refill option (important to my opinion). The service is great and there is a near by parking, though it's not easy to find. The place is located amidst of a lively street where you can stroll and buy stuff.

Very poor service... Got cold toast and french fries, the toast was reheated but the french fries was still cold. After approximately 20 minutes the french fries replaced with a new one and hot! The " edamame " that we ordered at the beginning of our visit arrived only after more than a hour because the waiteres forgot to order it from the kitchen...and it was barely cooked... it was free of charge to compensate us By the way the drinks arrived very quickly at the begining and the place seems very nice but you should improve the kitchen service. Maybe i will to grab a beer but definitely not to eat
