It is a bit far from Italian restaurant. Several Italian drinks are missing, cappuccino you can get only in clear glasses, it is not enough just to have pasta and pizza and to be Italian restaurant. Service was good as well as the interior of the place. Food is tasty and good, portions as well are good size. It is nice place to be but it needs a bit more attention to details and ensure better overall experience.

Very good and very Italian. It did take a while till they seated us but once seated most of the food came out pretty fast (our reservation for 20 was also with a preordered menu). It is not the very best kosher Italian restaurant I've been to but the food was all decent to very good. It is quite expensive....

Luciana is a dairy Italian restaurant located in Jerusalem. I have been to Luciana several times and have always had a pleasant experience. Their staff is pleasant, their prices are reasonable and they keep it clean. I love the restaurants decor and the food is really good. Their presentation of the dishes is nice and the food is fresh and tasty. They have a variety of cocktails and an excellent wine selection. This time I didn't have a cocktail or dessert so I guess I will have to come back again 😋 *Good idea to make a reservation before going as the restaurant was pretty full. If you don't have a reservation you will likely wait an hour. We were there are around 2pm. Staff was super friendly. We ordered mushroom risotto, Fettuccini, and Margarita pizza. Once we ordered the food was very quick to arrive. The risotto came with a spoonful of parmesan cheese in order for the waiters to serve more clients i guess. The risotto lacked some flavour. I've had better. All else was pretty good. Prices were a little high than Italian I've had in the past but all good. When the bill came I asked about an additional charge. It took about 10 minutes to pay as the waiter had other tables. They advised it was an automatic tip, 34 shekels. This wasn't advertised anywhere and I wondered if it was legit. I paid anyway.

food was pretty good. service terrible. no waters, delivered dirty dishes 3 times before finally giving clean ones. blasting music, turned down at request then immediately turned back up. forgot part of order.
