Equally the best meal we had in 7 weeks in Italy. Like a breath of fresh air - It is a real asset in Ancona, to have a restaurant offering completely different flavours The ramen here was as good as we have enjoyed anywhere in the world. I cannot now recall the name of the young chef on duty [Gianmichele?], but he served us with care & passion. A very memorable meal of fine quality Highly recommend a visit

During a short visit to Ancona found this fusion restaurant based on a very good reference score. We enjoyed the gyozas and the bakmi soup very much, after so many italian dishes. It is just around the corner of the main shopping street. Very friendly and attentive staff and a great Italian chef.
