We visited Pizza e Cuore for the first time on a very hot evening this scorching summer. We sat inside because it's air-conditioned. It's a family-run place, friendly, and quiet, just as we always prefer. We ordered bruschetta with prosciutto or capocollo and pistachio, anchovy, and stracciatella pesto, French fries, a "sckattata" with cherry tomatoes, ricotta forte, and mozzarella, which turned out to be very delicate despite the strong ricotta, more pizzas, and beer. We ordered five takeout pizzas at 8:34 PM for 10:00 PM, and they arrived at 11:30 PM, an hour and a half late.
