At 8:30, the croissants were half-finished. The owner was smoking behind the counter, in contact with food. Two of us behind the counter, with no one else to serve, saw us unable to bring table service, which they didn't offer, but they handed us the tray and resumed their conversation with cigarettes in hand...

The staff is friendly and helpful, and there's a good selection of products for both breakfast and aperitifs. Prices are reasonable. There are few bars with outdoor seating near parks in this area, so it's worth stopping here.
