I visited this bakery on my last day in Italy and I cannot believe I didn't come here earlier. It was hands down THE BEST gluten free bakery I have ever been to. The cannoli was FANTASTIC as was the rest of all the desserts. When I first went there, I bought only a couple of baked goods and came to roma termini to sit down to eat them. I ate the donut and the cannoli at roma termini and was SO blown away that I walked back to the bakery to buy 8 more cannolis, 2 more donuts as well as tons of other baked goods to take back home (They are happily in my freezer). My carry on was very heavy 🤣🤣.

They’ve perfected gluten-free baking! They have a wonderful assortment of pastries, sweet and savoury. All gluten free and delicious. We had savoury cake, cannoli, chocolate balls, and creme puffs. Oh, and we tried a chocolate chip roll. Everything was super flavourful and perfect. Thank you!

Highly recommend! The gluten free croissant was 10/10 - very fresh and slightly crispy pastry. I also tried a focaccia which was pretty good but could have been lighter and another pastry/bread filled with custard and cherry which was also nice. The croissant really was the best thing. There is no seating but the owner told us to go round the corner to a cafe called Alei where they let you take what you have bought to have with a coffee and your non-gluten free friends can get what they want and be happy!

I had an incredible experience there! The food was outstanding — truly the best gluten-free pastries I’ve had in my entire life. The owner is so lovely and welcoming, which made the whole experience even more special. It’s definitely a must-go spot!
