We ordered pizzas and waited an hour and 15 minutes for them to arrive, even though the restaurant was half-empty (we called the waiters several times). The pizzas arrived undercooked, and the ingredients weren't up to par (for example, the common complaint was the type of mozzarella used). Even the final bill raised a lot of eyebrows. Given the competition in Cerignola, there's room for improvement.
