Wow, wonderful spot for wood fired grilled meat! Wine was amazing, highly suggest Roberto’s recommendations. Beautiful bread and olive oil selection to start. Pasta; al dente, with Mediterranean tuna tartare, burrata, Madagascar vanilla and confit of yellow tomatoes. Not your everyday Italian dish, I like that they push the envelope on traditional. I opted for the Italian ribeye which they kindly showed me before throwing on the wood grill. The cut was outstanding and proper for the price. I went close to the afternoon closing, so there was only myself and a couple which were half way finished when I arrived, so it's hard to really rate the atmosphere, bit it was a classic fine dining setting, a nice mood. This restaurant is very hard to review for overall experience. It offers some of the best meat, and best cooked meat, I’ve had. 60 days hanged. Undercooked but brought on a hot plate it continues to evolve. So well done to those in the kitchen. We turn to the front of house. We had the pleasure of dining at this incredible restaurant twice with my family, and both visits were absolutely outstanding. The highlight of our experience was undoubtedly the amazing selection of steaks: the Australian tomahawk was perfectly cooked and full of flavor, while the T-bone from Mazury in Poland was equally impressive in both taste and quality. We also tried the pasta with lobster, which was rich, flavorful, and truly memorable.
