Excellent Osteria in beautiful Cremona. I ate regularly at Il Foppone when I lived here 20 years ago and I couldn't wait to revisit with my partner. So, so glad that we did. Full of local people, which is always a good sign, it's a great place to eat as the food is fabulous. We visited on a Saturday evening, were taken to our table, ordered the classic half a litre of house red, sat and chatted and chose our food. Another restaurant l highly recommend if you're visiting Cremona. With a good selection of food and wines with inside and outside dining. We sat outside in the rear courtyard, it was such a nice evening to do so. Good choice, 👍 my second time eating here.

If I could put 0 stars, I would’ve done it. We waited 30 minutes to have our table and 1h15 to get our food (for some of us only, others waited 1h45). Make sure to ask what is in the meal because they change the ingredients without writing it down and they won’t hesitate to throw the plate at you. 12€ to have 6 tortelli in your plate is a literal scam, how is it possible to still be hungry after eating?
