The restaurant is certified by the Italian Celiac Association (AIC), so even celiac sufferers can be sure of the quality of their food. They've also introduced IO Bevo cups, which allow you to serve yourself drinks and water from the vending machines—an excellent campaign against plastic and unnecessary waste. On average, two people spend about €19, and with the receipt, you can get a coffee on the way out.

Today I decided to have a quick lunch in the center of Cuneo. This self-service restaurant was created a few years ago in one side of the enormous structure that is the Seminary. The look of this place is clean and tidy. The system is to collect the chosen food on the classic tray, then pass it through the cashiers. The view inside the courtyard is exhilarating, as is the beautiful cloister . The food is good and the prices are reasonable.

Everything was excellent, the food was cooked perfectly, the prices were reasonable, especially for young people. The only thing that was not mentioned was the lack of maintenance on the toilets, the sinks had not been working for a long time, which is clear from the very serious stagnant water.
