This was recommended by our hotel receptionist when looking for a normal but nice restaurant with local dishes. Yet I would rather consider it to be high end , price wise and food quality. Service was great with very kind servers . We chose for rabbit and duck dishes and they were upscale . To be topped off by a local dessert and coffee. Compliments to the chef .

I had an absolutely wonderful meal at Trattoria Petito. Everything was a delight from start to finish. I started with the Tagliatelle al ragù, which was simply outstanding — rich, perfectly cooked pasta with a deep, flavorful meat sauce that tasted homemade and authentic. For the main course, the baccalà (cod) was exquisite: tender, well-seasoned, and cooked to perfection. To finish, I tried the yogurt ice cream for dessert, and it was one of the best I’ve had. Creamy, refreshing, and full of flavor — I highly recommend it! If you’re in Forlì and looking for genuine Italian food made with care

Great food, warm welcome, swift and smiling service. Don't miss the culatello de zibello!! Pasta with boar are awesome. So is the rabbit and the sea bass. Very good tortellini with pea pesto. House wine not bad at all and as usual coffee was great.

One of the best meals we had while in Italy. It’s a fantastic concept and the restaurant used to hold a Michelin star. Everything from the bread to the pasta and the meat was great. The restaurant itself is also very beautiful.
