It’s no surprise that this place is always busy, especially with locals! I’m not sure if I just got that lucky with my food, but both dishes I ordered were absolutely outstanding 😋. The risotto with shrimp tartare was cooked so delicately that it made me wonder how the chef managed to time it so perfectly. The rice was still cooking when it arrived at our table, reaching the perfect texture just as I started eating. The shrimp paccheri was just as impressive, so fresh that it felt like tasting the sea.
