I rarely write reviews this harsh, but my experience at Repazzo was genuinely appalling. Honestly, it is an embarrassment to Naples that this establishment is in business. My pizza arrived with poorly prepared toppings that were nowhere near what I expected. When I brought this to the attention of the staff, they essentially left the pizza in front of me, offered zero apology, and made absolutely no effort to remedy the situation. An incredible off the beaten path gem in Naples. The staff were incredibly friendly and the food was amazing. If you go there, make sure you get the Nutella pizza. Amazing!

First moment once we arrived in Napoli- late evening and such a nice surprise! The whole experience was great- service very nice, food delicious and atmosphere just amazing. We made new Italian friends as well. Thank you for having us, we would definitely come back in the future 😊
