A welcoming place, with the owner always smiling, cheerful, and available for any (reasonable) request. All the tramezzini, panini, and toasted sandwiches are hand-made with extreme care and love every morning, using consistently fresh, top-quality ingredients. I no longer eat any other tramezzini than those made by Signora Ausilia, who lights up the bar with her kindness and generosity. The coffee is the best I've ever had in Sassari, excellent quality. I've had the opportunity to visit the bar at various times and have met all the staff; I can confirm that I give them all a five-star rating
