I genuinely cannot believe the experience I had here. I went in asking for something extremely simple due to strict dietary restrictions: plain gnocchi. No complicated modification — literally just asked for plain gnocchi, or even plain noodles. I was fully willing to pay the exact same price. Instead of being understanding, the employee taking my order LAUGHED in my face and repeatedly refused to give it to me. He kept insisting that it would “taste bad plain” and continuously tried to pressure me into ordering something else even after I explained multiple times that I have dietary restricti

I had a dinner at this place when I was in Napoli, more than a year ago, and I realised I never left a review. I had no reservation and they accommodated me without any huffing and puffing, despite the fact that I was on my own. Loved the food and the buzzing atmosphere of a small Neapolitan restaurant - I was seated at a place with a direct view of the kitchen and watched the masters at work while waiting for the dishes.
