I’ve been to Brunch Republic in Padova twice, and both visits were excellent. The food was fresh, delicious, and beautifully presented, with plenty of options to choose from. The atmosphere is welcoming, modern, and perfect for a relaxed brunch. A special thank you to Leila, who was my waiter on both occasions. She was incredibly friendly, attentive, and professional, making sure everything was perfect throughout my visits. Her warm attitude and great service made the experience even more enjoyable. The food was good overall and the menu offered a nice variety of options. There were, however, two minor things I didn’t particularly like. Firstly, the coconut cloud matcha contained a few small lumps; nonetheless, it was still an enjoyable drink. Secondly, I found it a bit irritating that the granola bowl was described on the menu as being served with honey, when it was actually made with maple syrup 🫣 It still tasted good, but it would be better to present it accurately on the menu.

Monday at 10A. Understaffed is really the only criticism I have. If you’re not in a rush, you will be fine. The salmon dish was great, eggs were cooked well. If you’re craving an egg type breakfast or brunch, it’s one of the few that offer in Padova.

Tasty food that is commonly priced. Not cheap, not expensive. It’s a solid place when in need of a breakfast but dont be in a hurry as it could take some time. Doesn’t have anything Italian personality-wise. Worth if you dont care about the fugazi and just want a belly full enough!
