Dillon★★★★★Absolutely loved this spot in Palermo. The restaurant is set inside what used to be a 14th century stable, and the atmosphere alone makes it worth visiting. The exposed stone, wood beams, and wine barrels give it a really authentic Sicilian feel without feeling overly touristy. The seafood was incredibly fresh and beautifully presented. The pasta was outstanding, especially the sea urchin spaghetti — rich, creamy, and packed with flavor.
