I could hardly finish the 50EUR rib eye, as %40 of the meat part is unchewable sinew. My jaw would dislocate if I chewed harder, so I had to leave a big pile of sinew+ meat . Not again…

This Carbonella was truly a pleasant surprise. Discovered thanks to a friend's recommendation, this gem along the Foglia River offers a different take on meat than the usual local fare. We enjoyed a tender and flavorful beef tartare, along with marrow, which is rarely found on the menu at national grill restaurants, and to finish, the tastiest and juiciest sausages we've ever tasted. The price was average, in line with the quality. We'll definitely be back.
