Excellent dinner at Nostrano, the Michelin-starred restaurant in Pesaro. We went à la carte and everything was perfect. Loved the stuffed pappardelle, our favorite dish. Great welcome amuse-bouche and outstanding bread. Attentive service, very good wine selection, and surprisingly reasonable prices for the quality. A must-visit for dinner in Pesaro. Highly recommended!

The food is so good, we scope here every time we visit Pesaro. Although the chef combines different flavors the dishes aren't exaggerated or pretentious. He finds a way to blend the flavors without losing their integrity. No fish was over bearing they were all hearty and pleasant.
