We arrived around 3 and waited a long line to be seated, which would be fine if everything else was okay. We observed the waiter when we were in line and he was so slow, even though there are tables opening up he didnt seat the people for a long time, and when he finally seated them it took nearly 15 minutes for those tables to be able to order because waiter was trying so hard to ignore them. He was taking his sweet time while there are so many people waiting to be seated out in the sun, it was frustrating

In fact, you can definitely see the contrast between the amount of people walking by on this street, even though the location is strategic, super close to Trevi Fontaine.
