Discovered a cool rooftop bar, Jim’s. This is on the top floor of the Singer Palace which has an entrance hall that takes your breath away! The same name on numerous sewing machines, some of which on display in the entrance foyer. This small eclectic boutique hotel is quite the find. The bar has a great vibe with a resident DJ. The 360 views are captivating. Slightly disappointing was the whiskey sour made with a syrup as was the Bellini. Well worth a visit, though.

The staff were incredibly friendly—when we arrived at the rooftop, the waiter was already there to welcome us and guide us to our table, and his professionalism really stood out. The cocktails were both tasty and creative, and the whole experience had a premium feel. The prices are on the higher side, but they’re definitely justified by the overall quality.

We found it by chance and it was really good catch! Great cocktails, beautiful city view, no crowds as the “ground bars”. We were group of 5 and all of us enjoyed the atmosphere, the drinks and service. Would recommend! 🍸

Very nice evening spent watching the sunset. Was a great place to get away from the crowds and hustle on the streets. We arrived about an hour before sunset and was able to get a table within 10 minutes. It is limited space/seating so plan accordingly. DJ had just the right music to boost the laid back but energy filled ambiance of overlooking Rome. Drinks were the most expensive here of all the places we visited but I’m sure that’s partially because you’re paying for the view as well. Service was fantastic and drinks were unique and very tasty. Highly recommend and we will be sure to stop bac
