We had a fantastic experience at Antica Osteria da Divo. The food was absolutely delicious, with authentic Tuscan flavors and excellent quality. The atmosphere is truly unique, set in beautiful medieval underground rooms that make the experience even more special. The staff were friendly, attentive, and welcoming throughout our visit. A memorable meal and definitely one of the highlights of our time in Siena. Highly recommended!

Tourist-focused and ultimately disappointing. My partner and I were excited to dine here, attracted by the unique setting inside a centuries-old Etruscan cave. While the venue itself is impressive, the experience fell well short of expectations. We were seated in the basement next to a noisy air conditioning unit, which detracted from the atmosphere. Although the staff spoke English, service felt impersonal and little guidance was offered regarding the menu or wine selection. The squid starter was enjoyable, but the beef tartare lacked flavour. This restaurant was the best dining experience I had in Siena and it’s because of both the food and the people as well as the live music. I family run business that treats people like family! I recommend you talk to the staff and ask for their recommendations. If it looks booked online feel free to to visit in person and see what availability you can find. They are extremely accommodating and will treat you like family

Only con to this place is the unnecessarily rude host who did nothing but give us a dirty look when we complimented the restaurant on the way out. He also gave us attitude for not having a reservation despite the restaurant being empty. But other than that… This place was incredible! Our server was so fun, food was incredible, wine was delicious. Definitely don’t skip dessert. 10/10 experience after passing the host.
