I had the fettuccine and my wife had the veal. I loved my fettuccine and my wife “liked” her veal. We arrived right at opening and we were greeted by one of the owners who was most polite and helpful. Tiramisu for desert was outstanding. Would recommend.

Veneto cuisine: evidence that the Serenissima traded not only with the Levant but also with the further Orient: artichokes with pine nuts and raisins, anchovies on oranges with herbal ricotta cream, cuttlefish (very marine) with white polenta, calf's liver slightly spiced. We had booked a table for lunch on Easter, and our reservation was confirmed. However, we didn’t realize that this place caters only to locals, and others are clearly not welcomed. Our family has never felt so unwelcome. It felt like we were uninvited guests intruding on someone else’s celebration. We ate our main courses but skipped coffee and dessert, leaving as quickly as possible. The staff should consider not accepting reservations from people they clearly do not wish to serve.
