This place was frantic on a Saturday night. Make sure you book. We had a different view of a pub. This was a bar/restaurant. The food offers different alternatives to the usual Italian fare. We had 2 types of skewers - shrimp & asparagus. They were delicious. My salmon dish was huge. My partner's burger was just not exceptional. The beer selection was good. We came back for lunch on a Monday. It was a lot calmer. My club sandwich was delicious.

We ordered fish&chips and a Ceasar salad. The salad came out looking amazing and was very filling. I did enjoy my fish, the portion size was large but the fish itself tasted a bit bland. Other than that we had no complaint, the restaurant was clean and our server quickly offered us english menus when he saw us struggling with the italian ones. Overall I'd still recommend this restaurant.

Good burger- not a smash burger If you are looking for a good smash burger, this is not your place. It is just a normal North American small burger. They don’t smash it and get the spread and the caramelization in the burger. I’d asked for it well done (it’s a smash burger!) and it came rare. I’ve never had a rare smash burger. When I sent it back, a new burger came back well done, but not smashed. So, good burger - just not a smash burger
