The texture was spot on, with just the right amount of olive oil that gave it a rich but not overpowering flavor. You could really taste the quality of the ingredients in every bite. It was freshly baked, warm, and fragrant, with a light saltiness that balanced everything perfectly. Simple, but done to perfection — exactly what great focaccia should be. I would definitely go back just for that.
