I've went to The Lombard three times so far and I'm blown away with each visit! I would like to sincerely thank my server, Climans, for her warm, hospitable, and attentive service over my last two visits! The first time I was served by Climans, I was actually only planning on getting an espresso at The Lombard and studying before attending a wedding at the hotel. She insisted that the espresso be complimentary along with a few petit fours, and wished me the best in my studies! The gesture was insanely generous and I was immensely grateful. Today, I visited the Lombard with my family, and just like last time, she showed amazing hospitality and immaculate service; A family member of mine craved fettuccine alfredo with chicken, which wasn't on the menu, but she insisted that the dish be custom made, which we greatly appreciated! This was actually the best restaurant I have been to in a long while living in Amman. I recommend it to anyone with the budget. Our server, Climans, was the sweetest and very friendly. She was very helpful and polite, and I really want to thank her for the service and her personality was just simple lovely. We had an exceptional experience. Although we initially wanted to sit outdoors and it was full, the manager, Mohammad Marara, graciously offered us a complimentary drink while we waited. This thoughtful gesture set a positive tone for the evening. Once we were seated outside, we were truly impressed by the outstanding ambiance. The service was top-notch, with special thanks to our waiter Issa for his attentive care. The food was excellent, making it clear why The Lombard is now the number one Italian restaurant in Amman for me. We also want to extend our gratitude to the chef, Mohammad Almalki, for crafting such delicious pasta on the live station.
