Being first-time visitor, the design is spacious, neutral colored, and gives calm and comfortable feeling, in term of the menu to pick from, they have plenty of options for food or drinks (++SUGAR), The smoothie of Mango Passion was good. 4 out of 5 due to presenting order in disposable dish, i felt it would be good as take away rather in-house order.

Ordered blueberry and caramel cheesecake thinking we are going to get a real taste. Caramel came as the original with cheap tasting caramel sauce. “Blueberry” was even worse, not even a hint of blueberry😂, tasted like the cheapest bubble gum ever! But looked beautiful if you want to take pictures or something. Ovetpriced and not worth it. 2 stars for the place as it is nicly decorated and cozy.

Uncle Osaka is a fantastic place with wonderful staff who provide exceptional service. The sweets and drinks are delicious and reasonably priced. I highly recommend the iced Spanish latte; it was excellent!

Very disappointed with this shop’s lack of flexibility. I simply asked for an empty cup to split a drink between my 8-year-old daughter and 2-year-old son, as I don’t like giving them full-sized sugary drinks. Instead of accommodating a small, reasonable request (like most other shops would), they refused—forcing me to buy an extra drink just to avoid upsetting my toddler. Not only is this wasteful, but it’s also unhealthy for my kids. Poor customer service and zero understanding. Won’t be returning.
