My friends and I went there a week ago and we had a reservation! We did not fit in the table they gave us and we kept on asking for another table to be addedto our tables, and they completely ignored us , chairs weren't comfortable and too big for the small tables they have! We had to squeeze, and some of us had to sit in the corners (upon the waiters genius suggestion), which was not comfortable at all especially while eating! We asked for some shared dishes, food did not reach the table on the same time and the pizza was sweet and we asked for 2 big platters as we were many however they only brought one and we kept on asking for the second one while everybody on the table was too shy to eat from the first one as it will not be enough for all of us! and everyone were so hungry! It took them more than half an hour to bring the second platter and the first one was already cold, of course! They only told us that they had to change the oil, which was not a good excuse as they could have b

Location: The cafe has a convenient and attractive location. Service time: The order took about half an hour to prepare. Food quality and cleanliness: Unfortunately, the cleanliness was unacceptable — we found a hair in the burger, which is very disappointing. Request to management: I strongly urge management to improve their hygiene standards and implement stricter food-quality checks before serving customers to ensure a better experience.

👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽 We called ahead and made a reservation, and we arrived about 10 minutes before the athan while we were fasting. The restaurant was almost empty, yet the staff insisted that we sit at a table in the middle of the restaurant, right next to the food displays. We politely asked to move to a different table, but they refused without any explanation. What made this even worse is that we had a 2‑year‑old child with us. You would expect a bit of understanding and flexibility, especially during Ramadan and especially when the place wasn’t busy at all. Instead, we were treated in a way that felt dismissive and completely inconsiderate. This experience was extremely disappointing, and based on this level of service, I cannot recommend this restaurant.
