Arrived at 11 and the menu did not include some of the more dinner like items. So they may have two menus? But I did enjoy the food I had. I ordered a panini with no bread and it was very tasty. Also enjoyed the snowflower which is like shaved frozen milk and strawberries. It was excellent.
Fantastic atmosphere, exceptional service - I assume they take constructive criticism on board as i had nothing to fault on the customer service side. Food is good. The biggest selling point is the coffee of course and they deliver. Worth a visit on a Sunday for a relaxed brunch.
Enjoyed the ambience of the location, art work (Shout out to Cyprian Kiswili) and the coffee was great. I even took some beans home. Highly recommended for a chilled spot powered by some great coffee

There’s some good and bad on this place, good ambience with a lovely garden. Good coffee options, good food it’s overall a well put together place. The bad, service is a nightmare, up to 1 hr wait time when busy, there is racial prejudice, we saw foreigners get seated first before others who’d been waiting for a while, it might be unintentional but you notice it. Overall it’s worth a visit, just once.

Connect Coffee Museum in Karen is more than just a café — it's a real celebration of the coffee-making craft, from in-house roasting to careful brewing. The brunch menu has good variety, and everything came out fresh. A great spot to slow down, learn a bit about the coffee journey, and enjoy a properly brewed cup. Recommended for coffee lovers looking for something beyond the usual café run.

Let’s start off with the good things. It’s one of the most beautiful spaces I’ve seen in Kenya when it comes to coffee. It’s a great space to work and also just chill with a book. Now onto the points for improvement: - the place gives a high quality vibe but the menu is really not there yet. The pastries are alright, nothing wow. I’ve had better in Nairobi. Tbh, the menu looks like every other mediocre restaurant by the side of the road. It’s even plasticky. - the service…..really needs some work. There’s a whole army of staff just waiting around but it still took them 20 min to bring me a bottle of water. - my friend went yesterday and the staff member who served her didn’t know what decaf was. WHAT?! All in all, Connect - train your people. We will visit once for the beautiful space but won’t return if your service and food is mediocre.

I really loved how industrious and intentional the space feels very different from the usual coffee shop aesthetic. The architecture, ambiance and overall concept create such a unique atmosphere that feels both modern and creative while still remaining calm and welcoming. Definitely one of those places that leaves an impression beyond just the coffee.

Spent some time at this location today beautiful place. Unfortunately, there is a lot more emphasis on the restaurant than the museum, which makes it feel like a cheap coffee shop in massive, beautiful and expensive location. While the food was amazing The Menu was very limited, especially on the coffee side of things and a lot of the wait staff needs quite some training.
