The food here is just amazing! 💯 Every bite is worth it. The staff are super friendly and make you feel at home. Sometimes the place is packed (a sign it’s really good), so service can be a little slow, but honestly, the food makes up for it. Definitely one of my go-to spots!

Had dinner and breakfast here when I was visiting Nakuru town not too long ago. ❤️ WHAT I LOVED: *Food was delicious (Ordered pancakes, black coffee, cappuccinos, sausages, crepes, fries, chicken sandwich) *Outdoor seating area is cool and breezy. *Good customer service *Ample seating spaces 💔 WHAT I HATED: *Long service & order wait - went there on a Wednesday morning around 11am and it was super busy. Took forever to get service. I had to go to the counter and actually request for someone to take my order because I had waited for a really long time. Also, the food took forever to get to me once the order was placed.

I have never had such an unprofessional experience at a café before. I have visited this place multiple times, hoping the service would improve, but unfortunately it kept getting worse. On one occasion, I ordered a beef meal and was served chicken instead. This happened during Ramadan while I was fasting, which made the mistake even more frustrating. Another time, I ordered a meal that was supposed to include two pieces of chicken, but only one piece was served. On a separate visit, I ordered a cappuccino and received an espresso instead. Making occasional mistakes is understandable, but when the same issues happen repeatedly, it shows a serious lack of attention to customer orders and quality control. Based on my experience, the service here is extremely disappointing and far below professional standards.
