Disappointing Experience. I recently dined here, and unfortunately, my experience was quite disappointing. From the moment I arrived, it was evident that there were some significant issues with the service. The waiter seemed untrained and inattentive, making it necessary for me to actively call for his attention throughout my meal. The quality of the food left much to be desired. Specifically, the fried chicken dish I ordered was not well cooked and had a distinctly unpleasant taste. It was evident to me that the restaurant was using frozen chicken, which greatly affected the overall flavor and texture of the dish. Look at the last picture .. mincemeat (mafroom), sauce, cheese and vegetables ... We asked about it, but they insisted it was correct. I don't think so ...

This evening, I visited Al-Nibras Restaurant and ordered stuffed chicken with rice in the oven, along with French fries and bread. Unfortunately, the experience was very negative and completely disappointing. Food Quality: The chicken was not local but imported frozen, which is already disappointing considering the high price (45 LYD). Even worse, the chicken was extremely dry, which made it tasteless and unacceptable. On top of that, I noticed that the meal was already prepared in advance and kept in a hot cupboard, then simply handed over when ordered. This means it was not fresh or directly from the oven, which is a very big downside. Prices: Honestly, the prices are very high compared to the poor quality of the food. Paying that much money for such a dry and low-quality meal is very disappointing. It seems to be collection of cash (Staff) always rest of it they have no concern about customers relation by the way food is good. They need to open a part of disabled persons (wheel chair access) new staff really wrost that i ve ever seen but they will be do better after see our comments
