​I recently visited Sentral Spice in Brickfields. Overall, it was a bit of a mixed experience. ​The Good ​The food and drinks were definitely the highlight. Everything we ordered was flavorful and well-prepared. If you are coming strictly for the taste of the North Indian or Indo-Chinese dishes, you likely won’t be disappointed. The menu is quite extensive, offering a wide range of Veg, Non-Veg, and Seafood options. ​The Not-So-Good ​Unfortunately, the experience was held back by the service and environment: ​Service & Staff: The workers weren’t particularly friendly or welcoming. We also found that the drinks arrived very late, long after the food had been served. ​Atmosphere: The air conditioning was not cold enough, which made the dining experience a bit uncomfortable given the warm weather. ​Pricing: The prices are definitely on the high side compared to other options in the area, so keep that in mind if you're on a budget.

Everything was delicious—it was our first time trying Indian food, and we really enjoyed it! Just one small suggestion: it’s great to encourage customers to leave a rating or review, but being asked several times during the meal felt a bit too insistent. One friendly reminder is enough. 😉

Food tasted authentic and full of flavour, especially mutton ghee roast, biryani, paneer butter masala, egg bhurji and haleem which felt rich and homely. The staff were friendly and attentive, which made the whole dining experience even more pleasant, and the ambience was good and comfortable, perfect for a meal.
