We were treated to a sumptuous lunch by Dr Bhajan who owns a Medical facility in Ipoh . It was one of the best fellowship lunches we had so far with him . Located in the heart of Ipoh, Pakeeza Restaurant & Catering was a delightful family-friendly Restaurant that specialized in truly authentic North Indian and Pakistani cuisine. The staff were friendly and hospitable providing us with excellent service especially Tasleem , a senior staff who ensured we were well attended and duly served during our lunch . All the while he was a vegan . We were surprised when he told us he had opted to be non vegan and had begun to eat meat to put on some muscles on his body . Dr Bhajan had ordered for us Basmati Briyani rice, Garlic Cheese Naan , Puri , their signature Fish Curry , Chicken kerahi , Papadom with mint chutney sauce and one of my favourite vegetable dishes , lady’s fingers cooked the North Indian way known as bendi masala . Had a really great experience at Pakeeza in Ipoh. The food was delicious with rich, authentic flavours and generous portions. The fish curry was especially recommended ,full of flavour, perfectly spiced, and definitely a standout dish. Service was excellent, with friendly and attentive staff who also gave great recommendations. Overall, a very enjoyable dining experience and definitely worth a visit if you’re in Ipoh for good, comforting food.

Every-time I come to Ipoh, I make it a point to eat here. I have tried so many dishes in this restaurant, everything is nice here. But my favourite for now is the Fish Head Curry and Poori. For veggies, we normally order Palak Paneer but most recently we tried the ladies fingers and that too was superb. To wash it off try the masala tea. Very authentic. Admittedly I am friends with the owner and we even went for the Hajj Pilgrimage in the same year. But relationship aside, the flavours that this place offers is really out of this world. Fine dining at its best.

Was there for lunch yesterday. 13 senior citizens attending a siblings gathering. All the dishes were very tasty. The naan with almond was the best I have tasted. Soft , easy to chew. Service was quick and the waiters were very attentive. It seems the restaurant has 3 parking lots in front on their shop which u can book in advance.

We had Butter Chicken and Kashmiri Chicken and garlic cheese naan. Both dishes were delicious with large serving size and generous amounts of chicken and vegetables. The naan was so rich and thick, we could have had it as a full meal. Needless to say, we packed up half our meal to eat at our hotel later. The service was great and we enjoyed the pleasent and cool room. 100% would recommend this place.
