We had a lunch gathering at Iketeru and it has been such a long time since I last dined here. The set lunch menu was extensive with many choices. My choice of the Unagi set was excellent and I cannot be more than happy with the generous portion of unagi. Compared to other restaurants, the portion and quality is really very good. My friends had other set meals and everyone totally enjoyed themselves. Service is great too and I’m looking forward to my next meal here.

Hi end Japanese joint. Name translates to Excellent. Been here many times but haven't been for a while, so I thought to have dinner here. Food was good. Sashimi was fresh and high quality. Steak was well seasoned. Service was very poor. They didn't ask how well cooked the steak should be and served it medium. Had to repeatedly call staff to refill green tea despite them walking past all the time. I get better service at cheaper and less classy joints. For the money, you can get better food elsewhere.

At the request by my hubby, they helped to arrange a surprise for me with cakes along with a birthday song.
