Beer bar selling and serving independent ipa and crafted beers from the taps or canned. They also sell food focusing on pork dishes too. Had their pork BGG glazed pork burger for rm 27, a glass of their rogue lager pilsner beer on the tap and 2 cans of zabrew crafted beers for rm 30 and rm 17x2 respectively. They were all genuine and wonderful while the food was okay for its price. The services were quick and friendly too. They have many selections of beers from lager, wheat, pilsner, stouts and flavoured like pumpkin spiced beers from all around the world like USA, Australia, China and Taiwan. The variety of drinks is marvellous. Each visit definitely there are something new. Pavel is a great serve/manager here as I only need to sit and he will serve us based on his observations to what our liking is. Commendable! However these days, it is very hot inside as one of the aircond is malfunctioned. Hope they fix it fast. Update: Air-conditionals are fixed and serviced. Flaps are added to prevent direct blow! Excellent after thought! Also noticed restaurant hours (for food) is longer which is another plus point.

From first only drinking stout, til last weekend I finally had the so called “ best beer in the world “ Trappist westvleteren WOW Thanks to this place , I have learned A LOT about beers! I discovered my favourite beers, my first lambic, my stout taste preference etc etc. The beer selection is great . Always new things coming. If u see something u like , get it! It may not come back again (just like the stout I had in 2022, never restock until today 🥲) I have brought so many friends and clients to GBB. Made friends with many other regular customers here. KL's craft beer scene is getting better over time with more craft beer bars available nowadays, with the great beer bar being one of the few to offer a place to enjoy your ale and IPAs. Prices are steep, given it's a niche commodity and imported goods, but generally the same everywhere else with a glass (not pint) ranging from RM30 to 50. Parking is horrendous, knowing DU but we usually enjoy beer at night so it's more manageable after dinner hours. Friendly staff, chill vibe.

I come for the lunch promo, ordered pork chop and pork burger with ice lemon tea. food overall average above, pork chop taste good but over fried yet near bone area is pinkish, make me very uncomfortable if pork is not full cook. the sauce for pork chop is ok. salad has good veggie, but tasteless only with olive oil (i guess). pork chop i just tried 1 bite, dun really like it as I can smell porky smell. the food price consider value for money, average acceptable taste, fresh veggie, nice sauce, helpful and polite staff, clean environment, cosy atmosphere.

Superb craft beer place in Damansara Uptown. Service is impeccable; Pavel is friendly, and extremely knowledgeable and passionate about the craft. Yakitori has veggie options that are great. Prices are reasonable compared to other craft beer places in KL. GBB is one of my 'local' haunts and we frequent it often!
