This is a very popular restaurant, especially for photoshoots. It’s also a great place for special occasions like anniversaries and celebrations. The interior is beautiful, and the atmosphere is elegant. However, the food wasn’t really to my taste, so I’d give it around 3 out of 5 stars. As a fine dining restaurant, I was also a bit disappointed with the service. The waitstaff didn’t seem to be familiar with proper table manners and fine dining etiquette, which affected the overall experience.

Not my first time eating here. My very first experience was positive, in around 2022, i came as a guest for a friends birthday and food was great with better menu options. Back here in 2026 solo for some lunch, I knew this place had taken a nose dive. I ordered an Australian Tenderloin and what came to me was a beef steak that if you blindfolded me and fed it to me, i would've thought you were feeding me a rubber tire. The size was slightly larger than my palm and it was rubbery as hell. The wine reduction sauce was too salty. I'm honestly not sure how long the steak has been frozen for and i suspect at least 1 month old. It took quite a bit to arrive but i can accept that. What i can't accept is the utterly expensive price for the garbage of a steak. The moment i put that pink rubber tire in my mouth, i had flashes of me making false reports to get the chef responsible for this thrown in jail. I could commit an act of violence right now. I asked for it to be cooked to medium rare

We had family & friends dinner here for our engagement party. Food taste was on point, quality was amazing. Service was good. Some items could be a bit overpriced. But I was happy to pay for the foods I got. Nice environment to chill. The big fan outdoor was a bit annoying. The prices are not in the menu and had to ask the price for each item which made me quite uncomfortable. I would come back again. And hope they will indicate the prices in the menu in the future.

Enjoyed lunch there with beautiful decoration. Lots of pasta, burger, pizza and other dishes are also available. I loved their fruit salad most, fresh and serving was also big. Added: This Cafe City has been one of our must-go restaurants in Mandalay now. Visited again in last two-day trip (both day) for the lunch.
