It's one of the best pizza outlets in birgunj. I ordered a small double cheese pizza and it justified its pricing which is pretty affordable and pizza was also delicious full of cheese burst.. The ambience was pretty unpolished and worn off maybe it needs a good cleaning service Overall my experience was pretty good I would rate it 4/5

Nice place, I must say. They offers prepaid service, but, I'm sorry to say, the background music they played was horrible just didn't match the concept at all. As for the food, the burger was just okay. However, I did enjoy the high-quality french fries and the delicious taste of the pizza. Unfortunately, my dining experience was disrupted when I found a tiny piece of hair on my pizza. When I brought it to the server's attention, he explained that the hair was from outside and very small. I asked if that meant it was from me, but he didn't have an answer. Politely, I mentioned that an apology or acknowledgment of the error would be appropriate, as it reflected zero hospitality. Eventually, they took back the pizza, seeming unsure of what to do. After some time, they offered to replace the dish, although I felt it unnecessary to ask as no one would want to eat food with hair in it. I requested that they simply make it as take away instead.

This is a good initiative for Birgunj. Yes, this might be the only dedicated pizza place in town, but they do need to improve a lot. While ordering, I did mention that “I would love to review the food, so please make it a good one”. I had to wait for almost 20 mins for my order of a single small pizza, despite me being one of the 3 customers there at that time. The pizza arrived, finally. Very thick crust, too sweet sauce. The toppings were good though. It had a generous amount of cheese, and folks might go “ga-ga” over the “cheese pull”, but what is Mayonnaise-like-stuff doing on my pizza? Also, I had ordered the “Triple Tangy” or whatever it is called thinking that it would be “spicy” (as per the menu). Sorry to break it to you, not spicy at all. Verdict: May give another try. I did receive a 10% discount but still, no amount of discount helps when the food has so much to improve.

The owner was very rude. I ordered 2 chicken wrap for dine-in, but they packed it instead and asked us to leave, saying it was already packed. When I requested to have the food there, the owner even said, “You’re not allowed to sit here.” Because of such rude behavior, I decided to leave. Later, one of the staff members came to apologize. Please learn to respect customers both before and after the sale it truly creates a positive impact and leaves a good impression.
