How to review coffee shops? By drinking regular drip coffee, not by fancy sugary drinks, anything might taste better with added sugar and artificial syrup or with added taste enchancer. That being said, coffee without sugar tasted better than the one served at Himalayan Java, probably beans were not overly roasted and still retained a good aroma. Ambiance is nice , barista was very helpful and took his time to explain about the coffee.
