I had to send back a package from Zalando with DHL.I went upstairs to the desk and said i want to send,the lady showed me there is a dhl screen where i can do it.I went there and i couldn't make all the steps on the screen since i never did it before and i didn't understood well what i have to do,codes and so on,i asked for help,she didn't care👌A woman who was behind me helped me to do it untill the end so i can send the package.Now my question is,why do you hire people by Hema who are not friendly and who refuse to help the costumers or ignore them?
